Where are you located?

We do not have a retail location. Instead, we offer on-site consultations with your business or organization to make doing business even more convenient. If you are interested in a personal project, please contact us and we will figure out the best way to serve you.

Can I use my own image or design?
In most cases, yes. Please email us your logo or design. .EPS, and .pdf files are best.


Is it hard to install your own vinyl lettering or graphics?
Small items are very easy to install. For larger projects, or those that use multiple colors, professional installation is recommended. For a list of materials needed, as well as some instructional videos, take a look at our Do-It-Yourself Page.

What can vinyl be stuck to?
Our vinyl has an adhesive backing that sticks to most flat non-porous surfaces. Surfaces need to be thouroughly cleaned before application. A wax and grease remover is best.

How long will the vinyl last?
All vinyl is rated by the manufacturer for fading and cracking based on typical recommended use. Harsh weather and constant sun exposure can slightly shorten its life.  Please refer to the color charts for manufacturer ratings.

How is  vinyl removed?
Removing wall decals is very easy. Removing any of the other vinyls can be done by anyone, but the more recent the application, the easier it is to remove. Use a plastic putty knife or some plastic object that will not damage the surface. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up the surface so that the vinyl can stretch. This helps  to reduce snapping when pulling it off. Just be careful the spot doesn’t get too warm. Excessive heat can damage most paints. Surface should be warm, but not hot.  Remove any remaining glue with citrus based goo-remover according to the manufacturers instructions.

Can colors be matched?
Our solid vinyl is available in certain colors only, therefore we can not guarantee matching pantone process colors or your vehicle. Like TV sets at the appliance store each computer monitor may show our color chart differently. If the exact shade of the color is critical, please email us with your name and address and we can discuss sending you a sample of vinyl, or you may order a complete color chart for $25.00.

How large of a design or letters can be made?
We stock up to 24” wide rolls of vinyl, so items can be cut out of that material. Wider materials are available if necessary. Larger designs often can be overlapped at desreet spots, so often this isn’t a problem.
